Soccer Tournament Manager


The main goal of the website is allow fans of soccer to join, manage and have fun with the soccer tournament – both as a team coach and torunament creator.

Creating an account allows you to access the full version of a manager

On website you have access to About Us, Contact, Shop and Team digital pages. .


As a logged user (team coach/memeber) you have ability to request the Tournament of your choice, manage your own requests and take part in Friendly Games and create them.

You can also contact hosts of tournaments, administrator or other teams. By using intenral chat you can find any information you need.


Each tournament has its own page with all data provided. Don’t hesitate to read about location, type of games, category of match and age or gender group. Don’t forget to meet sponsors – you can also visit their page and shop directly from website.

If needed, you are able to check other teams which already joined, contact with the host, 

 

As a coach-creator/host you can add new tournament with specific details,  manage all requests – confirm, decline lub put teams on waiting list.

 

You can also cancel or close your match.

You will recieve e-mails and messages through intenral chat about sponsorships and offers from admin.

LET’S START!

Client provided me basic Figma project (7 simple pages as a sample) to adjust them in Figma file for developer.

Although we came to conclusion that project is not really close to be completed and finally I ended up creating for client full project based on his visual idea almost from beginng:

  • 10 pages for users without account
  • 9 pages for team member
  • 8 pages for coach account with tournament creator
  • 14 pages for admin with analytics panel and full access to whole website
  • 6 pop-up windows and re-directions
  • sign in/sign up panel
  • chat

DESIGN PROCESS

The biggest challenge

To meet specific client’s requirements about design and create website view for teams, couches and administrator (client).

 

 

Logo and sponsors’ banners should be well presented at the top and bottom of each page.

Content should be divided into main pages for better navigation on the website. Logged users have also access to managing their accounts and joining/creating tournaments.

 

Home page – all needed informations and list of tournament for both logged and viewers. 

Social media redirections should be easily accesible for users – placed in the top bar and in the footer section. 

Pages –  presented in visually appealing way, linked to separated sections for easy nanavigation. 

Tournaments – listed and divided into categories, presented in easy-to-read way.  

About us – short and simple with pictures of clinic, also added contact datas
