Project overview

Project of specialized mobile app for a car dealership was prepared as a part of certificated Google UX Design course.

My work was rated and revised during the course and I was able to recieve needed feedback at each stage of project.

The product

The mobile app I designed is directed to current and future customers of a car dealership X. The main goal was to help deepen the engagement of users, grow new revenue and reach new targeted audience. Project is based on informations about company created for me for that one particular case study.

Problem statement

Lack of mobile app for customers - lower experience while using company's products.

The goal

To create a solutnio for deepen the engagement and loyalty, grow new revenue and reach new targets offering them positive xperience.

My role

I was the only one person working on the project. I provided UX research, competitive audit, created product on every stage of design process.

User research

I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand users I was designing for and their main needs. A primary user group which was identified during researches was current customers of car dealership (owner of cars).

Other users problem identified through research included: lack of time to check each car before purchase, low trust level to reports presented on the website, difficulties connected with work and family.

TIME

User do not have time to visit car dealership due to looking for a new car or looking for help with car.

COMMUNICATION FLOW

Platform for customer service do not provide answers for important topics before purchase and due to emergency.

It is a simple, flexible and easy-to use open-source software.
I had hard deadline to meet and that was the best choice to complete project in a short period of time with low budget.
